Getting started

Under the "Getting Started" section, you’ll find all the resources you need to begin your streaming journey.

Streamify is a subscription-based streaming service powered by Blockchain technology, offering members access to a wide range of TV shows, movies, live TV, and music on any internet-connected device.

Depending on your network connection, you can also download TV shows, movies, and music to various devices, including Android phones and tablets, iPhones, iPads, Google Chromebooks, as well as LG and Samsung Smart TVs.

Once you've opened the Steamify app or Streamify webplayer, select Sign In to access your account and begin watching. You can sign in on any Streamify-compatible device, or on multiple compatible devices. If you experience any issues, review the troubleshooting steps at Can’t sign in to Streamify.

If you don't have the Streamify app, visit How to download and use the Streamify app.

Once logged in, you'll be greeted by the Streamify app, designed to make your streaming experience seamless and enjoyable. Start by selecting what you're in the mood for—whether it's TV shows, movies, live TV, or music. After choosing a category, you'll be presented with the latest content or personalized suggestions curated by Streamify. Simply click on your desired option to explore more details, and with one click, you're ready to start watching or listening instantly!

When Streamify goes live for all users, managing your account will be simple and intuitive. Whether you're on your phone, TV, or computer, you can easily update your email or link a new ETH/SOL wallet. Any changes you make will take effect immediately, and tokens will be redirected to your updated wallet seamlessly.

In the Profile & Parental Controls section, you can further customize your experience by adjusting content settings such as playback preferences, language, and subtitles. For detailed guidance, check out the helpful articles below to learn more about managing your account.

Canceling Streamify is quick and hassle-free. Since Streamify is integrated with the Streamify Blockchain, it automatically detects your $STRMFY holdings. If your total token balance falls below the threshold of 10, all features will be automatically disabled.

No paperwork, no additional steps, no fuss—that’s the simplicity of Streamify!

Accounts

Streamify doesn’t rely on traditional subscription plans. By simply holding $STRMFY tokens, you’ll gain automatic access to all the content Streamify offers—no tiers, no limits, just seamless entertainment.

Signing up for Streamify is quick and easy. In the live version, you can register your account directly on Streamify.network. All you need to provide are three simple details: your email, a password, and your ETH or SOL wallet address.

Once registered, you'll verify your wallet by purchasing $STRMFY tokens. After verification, you’ll gain full access to our platform and can sign in anytime from any supported device using your email and password.

Currently, Streamify does not support two-factor authentication (2FA) or additional verification methods. However, we plan to introduce these features in the near future to enhance security. For now, they are not available.

No, sharing your account with others is not permitted. Currently, each account is limited to one active connection at a time.

While this may seem restrictive, it helps ensure system stability. In the future, we plan to introduce the option to extend connections to up to five, designed specifically for family households.

If you use the same email and password combination for more than one website, app, or service and an attacker gains access to one, they can then use that email and password to take over any other account that uses the same combination.

Your password should be:
  • Different than what you use for any other websites or apps

  • At least 8 characters long

  • A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols

  • Not easily guessed - such as “password,” “12345678,” or use any personal information (name, birthday, address)

A password manager can make it easier to keep track of unique passwords.

Fix a Problem

If you get an Incorrect Password message or Forgot your password, you will need to change your password.

If you get Sorry, we can't find an account with this email address, please double check your email or log in to your Streamify-account to check if you have sufficient $STRMFY-tokens.

If you get Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. This message is common and usually fixes itself after a short time. If the error persists, please try the following:

  • Restart your device - Turn your device off and leave it off for at least 30 seconds. After 30 second turn it on and try to open and login to Streamify.
  • Restart your home network - Turn off your device, then unplug your modem and router from power. After 30 seconds, plug in your modem and router. Wait 1 minute, and try to open and login to Streamify.        Note: Some devices, modems, and router might take longer to reconnect to the Internet.
  • Reset your network settings - There might be an issue with network settings on your device or your modem or router.
    • If you are using VPN, turn it off. There is already a built-in VPN that provides enough security and protection.
    • Reset the network settings on the device with the issue.
    • Restore your modem or router to its default settings.
  • Reset your password - You might need to reset your password. Go to How to change or reset your password to do this.
  • 102 - This means there is no current internet connection available
  • 103 - This means your device took too long to connect to Streamify. This usually points to an internet connection problem on your device or home network.
  • 104 - This means information stored on your device needs to be refreshed, or  network issue stopped Streamify from opening.
  • 105 - This means when an issue with data stored on your device stops Streamify from playing.
